Nunca é demais lembrar que é expressamente proibido fumar durante todo o concurso e que a bailarina de serviço é nossa. Às 10 já não há pato mas há russos partido. Please don´t touch the contestants. Ah é verdade o paquito foi mesmo abandonada pela mena e está aqui para arrecadar a massa. Obrigado e encontramo-nos na missa do galo.”

SOPHIA é um espectáculo multimédia que dá continuidade a um projecto transdisciplinar, surgido em 2007, no qual se fundem 3 vectores – imagem, som e palavra.
SOPHIA is a show where three vectors come to one – the image, sound and word. The work of Sophia de Mello Breyner is at it genesis. Overcoming the real limits of the word – sometimes just a sound veichle, a deconstructive one perhaps – in paralell with the audiovisual component, the show eagers to overcome the limits of one senses. The ways of the senses, the angry to apathy, the assured contours of love, the lonely silence, all take place in a plastic speach that breaks the explicit meaning of the word.
Image and sound, all in real time, are at conflict in Sophia’s work, assuring the dramaturgical line we took.
